This was pumpkin on the original day of pumpkin patch hunting, all dressed in her pumpkin outfit to match. We just made up for it by playing when we returned home!Finding an actual pumpkin patch around here is far from easy to do. I found one earlier this month after much research and invited others to join. We drove for two hours only to find that it had sold out and closed down in the week between my phone call and our visit. Needless to say, Genevieve and her little friends were not excited to be in the car that long with no reward! So this past week we went up to Aspen to visit their pseudo-pumpkin patch with our friends Whitney and little Will. Genevieve and Will loved it and didn't know any different! We got so many cute pics that I am just posting the link to them here. Pumpkin (aka Genevieve) was so excited when her daddy kept pointing to her saying "pumpkin" and then to the actual pumpkins saying "pumpkin"; she thought it was pretty funny! Here is the link. Enjoy!
